We accept STL and STEP files for 3D printing and manufacturing. Models should have valid geometry, correct wall thickness, and no duplicate surfaces. If needed, our team can also help with file preparation and print optimization.
We work with a wide range of materials including thermoplastics, engineering resins, and metals such as MS1, 316L stainless steel, and AlSi10Mg aluminum. Depending on project requirements, we use FDM, SLA, SLS, and metal additive manufacturing technologies.
Prototype production usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on part complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Serial production typically starts from two weeks, depending on batch size and manufacturing process.
We support projects ranging from single prototype parts to serial production of more than 10,000 units. The most suitable production technology is selected based on required volume, cost efficiency, and technical specifications.
Yes. We offer complete post-processing services including mechanical finishing, polishing, painting, plating, and chrome coating. Parts can be delivered fully prepared for functional, presentation, or retail use.
Quality control is carried out through 3D scanning, dimensional inspection, and industry-standard verification procedures. When required, we can also provide production documentation and material certifications.
Yes. In addition to manufacturing, we provide CAD product design, prototype development, and production management support. Depending on project needs, we can coordinate manufacturing in plastics, metals, wood, and rubber.
